We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

We aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours.

Kindly read the return and refund policy below:

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Items may be tried on only for size and fit. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, unwashed, free from any form of stains, odors, damage, pet hair, and excessive wear. 

  • Have all original tags attached 

  • Be returned in their original packaging with all the inserts, promotional materials, accessories, and any other items included with the order at the time of delivery. Returns that are incomplete or missing original contents may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the condition of the return

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is defective

  • The incorrect item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Burrow Night cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible on info@burrownight.com and provide photographs and a brief description of the damaged item received. This will help us investigate and resolve your matter quickly

In your email please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

All returned items at Burrow Night are subject to inspection upon receipt before a refund is approved. Once your return has been received and inspected by a member of our team , we will notify you of your refund outcome. 

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

As of now, Burrow Night does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items without original tags

  • Gift cards

  • Items that do not meet the 'Returns' criteria.
